Will the image look exactly the same?
Downscaling can preserve a sharp result. Enlarging adds interpolated pixels and may soften detail.
Can I make a stretched image?
Turn off Keep aspect ratio to set both output edges independently. JPEG and WebP are re-encoded at the selected quality.
